By teleporting directly near the Astral Altar and using NPC Contact to repair pouches, this method becomes surprisingly relaxed. XP rates hover around 65-70k Runecrafting XP per hour, while profits reach approximately 1.5 million GP per hour. It's not the fastest method available, but it's one of the most comfortable, profitable Runecrafting options in the game.

Mining: Lead Ore Power Mining

Lead ore is a fantastic new low-requirement power mining method. It unlocks at just 25 Mining, with triple-node spots available later through Sailing access.

By rotating between three ores and dropping them, players can reach up to 75k Mining XP per hour at higher levels-no tick manipulation required. Alternatively, the ore is valuable enough to justify banking for players who want profit alongside solid XP.

Magic: Frost Dragons

Frost dragons have quickly become one of the best AFK magic training methods in the game. Accessible at 87 Sailing via Grimstone, they are extremely weak to fire spells, taking double damage.

Using Fire Wave or Fire Surge with a cost-effective magic setup, players can achieve 100k-140k Magic XP per hour while earning around 2 million cheap Runescape gold per hour. With Protect from Melee active and auto-retaliate on, this is one of the most relaxed high-level training methods currently available.

Hunter: Crab Trapping

Crab trapping is one of the strongest Hunter updates in years. As a static training method, XP rates do not scale with level, meaning you receive maximum efficiency the moment you unlock each crab.

Red Crabs (21 Hunter): ~50k XP/hr

Blue Crabs (48 Hunter): 120k+ XP/hr

Rainbow Crabs (77 Hunter): ~150k XP/hr with profit

Hull parts are generally the most efficient choice, especially when paired with a plank sack.
