    第7次请平鲁区下水头乡和党委苏鹏飞同志公开回应监督：

    一、苏鹏飞同志，“孟金虎开黑石料厂”之说您是否认可？对此行为，您有无监管责任？在您担任下水头乡乡长期间，您是否得知孟金虎当时的“黑石料厂”无论从生产规模还是从不法敛财角度看，都是建立在违法违规前提下的行为？从造成的社会危害和对党纪国法的伤害程度看，其违法违规的后果已经构成严重犯罪行为且对党的基层领导形象形成严重负面影响，这一点，苏鹏飞同志是否认可？
